Follow a two-step cleaning regimen. First, wash all dirty surfaces with your favorite household cleaner. Second, follow with a disinfectant product.
For effective disinfecting, opt for 70% alcohol. This water dilution is the right proportion for killing germs in high touched areas.

Fill a microwave safe bowl with water and warm in the microwave for a few minutes until it steams. Wipe off the caked on spills immediately.

Dust first, and then vacuum. Use a vacuum with a hepa filter to ensure dust isn't releasing as you clean.
Clean the outside of your windows with a squeegee using a top to bottom stroke, or a large S pattern for larger windows.
